We provide scheduled and one-time cleaning sessions, as well as custom solutions depending on client needs. All services are subject to availability and the conditions described in these Terms. 2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or placing an order for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 3. Scope of Services Cleanuvia provides a variety of cleaning options, including but not limited to: Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Office and commercial space cleaning Move-in/move-out services Post-renovation or post-event cleanup All services are performed by trained cleaning professionals. Specific service details (such as duration, included tasks, or supplies) will be communicated during the booking process. 4. Booking and Cancellation Clients can book a service online via our platform. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a summary of the scheduled cleaning. You may cancel or reschedule your booking under the following conditions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: A cancellation fee may apply. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in denial of future service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness, extreme weather, or unsafe work environments. 5. Client Responsibilities To ensure the quality and safety of our services, clients are expected to: Provide accurate access information and ensure safe entry to the property. Secure any valuables or sensitive items before the cleaning. Notify us of any hazardous materials, pets, or special conditions in the home. Inform us in advance of any specific cleaning preferences or limitations. Cleanuvia is not liable for any delays or inability to perform services due to misinformation or lack of access. 6. Payment Terms Payments for services are due at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the chosen method. We accept a variety of secure payment options as displayed on our website. All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay for services may result in cancellation of future bookings or legal recovery actions. 7. Service Quality and Guarantees We strive to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning. If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer a resolution — which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion. 8. Liability Limitations Cleanuvia is fully insured and takes all reasonable steps to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage to furniture, surfaces, or fixtures. Items that break due to instability or improper installation. Loss of items not securely stored or locked away. Health issues arising from the presence of allergens, mold, or other environmental conditions in the client’s space. Our liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. 9. Privacy and Data We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide — such as name, address, and payment data — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or essential for delivering the services. 10. Intellectual Property All content on the Cleanuvia website, including logos, text, images, and layout, is the property of Cleanuvia or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or reproduce any part of our website or branding without written permission. 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
